Salon Policies
✨Appointment Booking: We recommend booking your appointment online for convenience—just click the link in our bio! You can also call or message us to secure your spot. Remember, appointments must be confirmed with your card details; otherwise, they may be cancelled.
✨Cancellation Policy: Plans change, and we get it! Just give us a heads-up 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel to avoid a 30% fee on your original appointment value. This also applies to no-shows, so be sure to let us know!
✨Arrival Time: We love seeing you! Aim to arrive 10 minutes early or right on time. If you’re running over 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service, and that could incur a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding!
✨Service Guarantee: Your hair happiness is our top priority! We want you to leave our salon feeling fabulous. If you have any concerns, our space is open and welcoming, so don’t hesitate to share. We’re here to make it right!
We offer a two week grace period if you're not 100% happy with the outcome of your hair. Due to cost of product and staff expenses, we do not offer refunds on hair services. We do understand that sometimes the outcome can be unpredictable, especially when dealing with a colour correction or colour change, so we have a 2 week retouch period, so always let us know if you're not feeling 100% with the outcome.
Anything outside of the two weeks will be charged as a regular appointment service. Our team will always do an extensive consultation to ensure a clear understanding of what you are after in the time allocated. We will always be clear if we feel a colour correction may take more than one sitting, and additional appointments may be necessary. We will always do our best!
✨Payment Methods: Paying should be as easy as your hair routine! We accept all major cards, Afterpay, and Zip Pay, making it a breeze to settle up after your transformation.

✨Salon Vibes: We’re all about good energy here! While we love welcoming families (fur babies and all), please be mindful of our busy environment. Many guests use this time for relaxation, so let’s keep the atmosphere enjoyable for everyone. Respect for our stylists and fellow clients is key, and we kindly ask for your cooperation.
✨Personal Items: We want you to feel at home, but please bring personal items at your own risk. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged belongings, so keep an eye on your things! Especially when having a colour service, we will always try our best to protect your items and clothing, however wear at your own risk, sometimes it can get messy!
